How To Apply
Your child must meet the following eligibility requirements to enroll at W.H.E.E:
- Children must be independent in using the toilet by the start of school.
- Children of new families must be fully immunized by the start of school.
- No refunds issued for September’s tuition after June 1st.
W.H.E.E. preschool does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin. Admitted students are afforded all of the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the preschool. W.H.E.E. Preschool welcomes all age appropriate children who may benefit from our program.
When you decide you are ready to apply, please proceed by completing the following steps.
- All registration will be done online via link below.
- Provide payment for the non-refundable registration fee of $160.00 per child for all classes.
- Provide a deferred payment of the appropriate September 2024 tuition for all classes (exception: waived for enrolled Universal Preschool (UPK) students- 4 by 10/01/2024 PreK & JrK.)

Registration Application & Liability Form
Step 1
Non-refundable $160.00 registration fee is due for all classes.
Alumni, Click the link at the bottom of step 5 to register through W.H.E.E 1/18-1/24.
New Families link will be made available Saturday 1/27.
Deferred Tuition Deposit
Step 2
September 2024 deferred tuition is due.
IMPORTANT:
If your student is eligible for Universal Preschool (4 by 10/01/2024) you must use promo code UPK at check out to receive credit for state funding/discount.
General Health Appraisal & Immunization Form
Step 3
Please email your childs General Health Appraisal & Immunization form, after your childs birthday, to bmcnair.whee@gmail.com. No later than 8/15/2024.
Universal Preschool (UPK)
Step 4
If your child will be 4 by 10/01/2024 they will qualify for 10-15 hours of tuition through Universal Preschool (UPK). This will be a simple additional application. Please call or email with questions regarding UPK.
Lunch Enrichment Form & Deposit
(Optional) Enroll in our lunch enrichment program offered Wednesdays 11:30-1:30. Offered for children enrolled in classes am M/W/F 3s, am M/W/F PREK 4S or am 5 morning M-F 4s. The children eat lunch, provided by you, with their friends and participate in a curriculum rich in fine motor, cognitive, language and social skills. All Lunch Enrichment classrooms have limited space of 16 children. Registration for the lunch program is first come, first served basis.
